No information of either a client, tax advisor, insurance agent, financial planner, etc., will be used for any other purpose than for the administration and notification pertaining to The Dolgoff Plan.  In addition, no information will be sold, copied or used for any other purpose than for the administration of The Dolgoff Plan.  Also, no agent, representative, associate or employee of The Dolgoff Plan Corporation will be allowed to use any personal and confidential information for any other purpose than the administration of The Dolgoff Plan.  If any information is used for any other reason or purpose, the individual violating this policy will be prosecuted.
