It is agreed to that I shall not use any material from The Dolgoff Plan Corporation web site or any other material sent to me by The Dolgoff Plan Corporation in any form, presentation, distribution or promotion without the express consent from The Dolgoff Plan Corporation other than to represent The Dolgoff Plan Corporation in selling The Dolgoff Plan. I also agree not to promote any idea, concept, know how, data, formula, software or any other form of information in any regard other than to sell The Dolgoff Plan. It is understood that all Dolgoff Plans presented by myself or any associate will be done according to the guidelines and restrictions set forth by The Dolgoff Plan Corporation and that these guidelines and rules will be adhered to by myself and any associate representing me or my company. I also agree that all insurance applications will be submitted through a designated affiliate of The Dolgoff Plan Corporation.

I agree that should my membership be cancelled or revoked for any reason, voluntarily or otherwise, that I shall return any and all training and presentation material at my own cost within 2 weeks from the cancellation or revocation of my membership.

I understand and accept these terms and that should I not abide by them in their entirety, that I shall be subject to violating copyright infringement and/or violation of U.S. Patent laws. I have read the above terms and agree to abide by these rules and regulations as stated herein.
